BRAVYA is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Where Do We Ship?
We ship PAN India catering to over 27,000 pin codes across the country. However, there may be some PIN codes that may not be serviceable by our shipping partners. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of order placement or checkout.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Order Processing:
- Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order.
Delivery Timeline:
- Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- However, it is possible that your delivery may arrive sooner or take longer than this timeframe, depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Address:
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address to avoid delivery delays.
How Is My Order Shipped?
Your order will be handpicked and carefully packed from our warehouse or partner warehouses. Once it is packed, one of our shipping partners will pick up the package for delivery.
Tracking Your Order:
- You will be notified of the tracking details via SMS and/or email to the contact information provided at the time of order placement.
- The delivery partner will get in touch with you when they have arrived at the address mentioned by you.
What If the Product Is Received in Damaged Condition?
If you think you have received the product in a damaged condition, please contact our customer care immediately:

- A detailed description of the damage
- Clear images of the condition in which you received the product
We will review your complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control
- During peak seasons or sale periods, deliveries may take longer than usual
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver your order due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
- Refusal to accept delivery
The package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery or you may request a refund as per our Refund Policy.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods.
International Shipping
Currently, BRAVYA ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We will update this policy if international shipping becomes available in the future.
